TAGBILARAN CITY, Bohol — Bohol health officials have warned that misinformation and misconceptions circulating on social media are undermining the province’s measles-rubella vaccination campaign, with only 7.4 percent of the target number of children vaccinated as of August 13. The Bohol Provincial Health Office (PHO) said only around 7,400 of the province’s estimated 100,000 children had received the measles-rubella vaccine under the Measles-Rubella Supplemental Immunization Activity (MR-SIA).
