According to Ukrinform, national power grid operator Ukrenergo reported this on Facebook.

"Due to Russian drone attacks and artillery shelling, there are new power outages this morning in the Donetsk, Kharkiv and Sumy regions. Emergency repair and restoration work is already underway wherever security conditions allow. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore power to all consumers as quickly as possible," the statement said.

Electricity consumption as of 09:30 on Friday was at the same level as the previous day. Ukrenergo recommends shifting intensive electricity use to the period when industrial solar power plants operate most efficiently, from 10:00 to 17:00.

As reported earlier, no scheduled power outages are expected in Ukraine on August 14.
