A Florida murder suspect was arrested Thursday while wearing a “force to be reckoned with” T-shirt following a 45-day, multi-state manhunt.

Isabelle Rose Johnson, 38, was taken into custody without incident at a home off Peanut Road outside Cottondale, according to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office. She was wanted on a murder charge in connection with the death of Jason Coulthart, 43, whose body was found buried in a shallow grave covered on a Freeport property in mid-June. Coulthart had a ziptie around his neck and the grave was covered with concrete, police said.

The Walton County Sheriff’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit developed information that helped authorities locate Johnson, officials said Thursday, but declined to give any further details as the investigation remains ongoing.

“We have her. The search is over,” a sheriff’s office official said in a video posted to Facebook, which also showed Johnson in handcuffs while wearing the ironic black T-shirt with white lettering.

Johnson was booked into the Jackson County Jail and is expected to be extradited to Walton County. She could face additional charges, the sheriff’s office said.

The search for Johnson involved “tons and tons of man-hours” and stretched across Florida, Georgia and Alabama, authorities said. They also alerted law enforcement agencies in areas she was known to frequent, including Georgia’s Habersham County. During the manhunt, the sheriff’s office described Johnson as a “master manipulator” and warned anyone helping her to stop.

The broader investigation has involved more than 40 subpoenas and 20 search warrants, officials said. It began after Coulthart was reported missing on May 24, after he was last seen leaving the College Condominiums on East College Boulevard in Niceville.

A witness told investigators Johnson’s roommate allegedly helped her dig a hole to bury Coulthart, claiming “he was aware of her ‘getting rid’ of a boy because he was ‘aggravating and irritating her,’” according to arrest reports obtained by Fox News. The “boy” was also “threatening to interfere with Isabella’s custody of her children,” the witness said.

Five people have already been arrested in this case for accessory to murder after the fact for allegedly helping conceal Johnson following Coulthart’s death.

The week-long search involved federal, state and local agencies, including the U.S. Marshals Task Force, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Drug Enforcement Administration, FBI and Okaloosa County authorities.

"It's absolutely a good day," Walton County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Dustin Cosson said in Thursday’s Facebook video. "It's really important, again, just want to stress to the public. She's here, she's in custody."

"We can't express the amount of appreciation for the work that's been done," he added, thanking all the agencies.

Investigators expect to interview Johnson following her arrest as they continue working to piece together the circumstances surrounding Coulthart’s death.
