This was reported on Telegram by Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
“Last night, the Russians struck Semenivka with an FPV drone and a ‘Molniya’ missile. Private homes and passenger cars were damaged,” the statement reads.
As noted, a 13-year-old girl suffered an acute stress reaction. Medical personnel provided her with the necessary assistance.

According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, the enemy shelled the Chernihiv region 21 times over the past 24 hours. Fourteen of these strikes involved FPV drones in the border area.
As reported by Ukrinform, the Russians attacked Chernihiv with “Geranium” missiles during the night and early morning of August 13. Car cooperatives and several businesses were hit.
