As noted, over the past day, the following areas were subjected to enemy airstrikes, drone attacks, and artillery shelling: Novovorontsovka, Oleksandrivka, Urozhayne, Beryslav, Rakivka, Novomykolaivka, Dariivka, Novovoskresenske, Bilozerka, Stiyke, Zolota Balka, Tomyna Balka, Dudchany, Antonivka, Lvove, Mylove, Mykhailivka, Novokayry, Odradokamianka, Osokorivka, Tiahynka, Vysoke, Zelenivka, Sadove, Tarasa Shevchenka, and the city of Kherson were subjected to enemy airstrikes, drone attacks, and artillery shelling over the past day.

According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, Russian forces struck critical and social infrastructure as well as residential neighborhoods in the region’s settlements, damaging six high-rise buildings and four private homes. The occupiers also destroyed a supermarket, administrative buildings, a store, a pharmacy, a utility building, a minibus, agricultural equipment, private garages, and cars.

According to the regional police, over the past 24 hours, Russian forces once again shelled the right bank of the Kherson region using artillery and tactical aviation, and carried out strikes with various types of drones, including “Shaheds.”

According to police, the Russians attacked a vehicle belonging to an evacuation team; a firefighter, five utility workers, and a police officer were also injured in the attacks.

Specifically, in Darivka, Russian forces used an FPV-type drone to attack a vehicle belonging to an evacuation team, which volunteers were using to transport local residents out of the dangerous settlement. Eight people were injured in the strike, including a 16-year-old boy. All were taken to the hospital with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds from gunfire to various parts of their bodies.

In Vysoke, a 54-year-old firefighter was injured in an attack by an FPV-type drone. He was hospitalized with an explosive-related injury and a gunshot shrapnel wound to the shoulder.

Separately, in the Korabelny district of Kherson, an enemy FPV drone attacked a vehicle, injuring two utility workers aged 25 and 55. They sustained blast injuries, concussions, and acute stress reaction.

It is reported that three employees of another utility company, aged 56, 60, and 67, were injured when explosives were dropped from a UAV. The older men were diagnosed with blast injuries. The younger man also sustained a shrapnel wound to his thigh and was transported to the hospital by police officers.

Khersonregion, injuring four people

Russian military forces also directed an FPV drone toward the territory of a garage cooperative. A 34-year-old police officer was injured in the explosion. He was hospitalized with blast and traumatic brain injuries, concussion, and thermal burns to his face, torso, and limbs. A police vehicle and a civilian car were damaged.

In addition, a 56-year-old bus driver sought medical attention after being injured on August 13 by a drone strike in the Korabelny district of Kherson. The man was diagnosed with a blast injury.
