Watch as car is lifted up and blown across highway by fierce winds as powerful storm hits Ohio

Traffic camera footage shows the moment a car is blown across an Ohio highway by a powerful gust of wind.

A rain-obscured camera shows the car, which was in the right-hand lane, being swept across two lanes as a severe storm battered the Columbus area on Tuesday (10 August).

Debris can also be seen flying past the camera, as trees and powerlines violently shake.

Authorities have not confirmed whether anyone in the vehicle was injured during the storm, which saw winds of 82mph recorded.
