SAN MARCELINO, Zambales — Rising floodwaters damaged learning materials and others items at Sta. Fe National High School after the Sta. Fe River overflowed last week. Anne Antonio, 38, a school utility worker for five years, went to the school on Saturday to help with cleanup operations and found some of the school’s equipment damaged by the flooding.
