Andrii Raikovych, head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.

"Today, the enemy attacked the Kirovohrad region. A fire was reported in an open area in the Kropyvnytskyi district," Raikovych said.
