LUCENA CITY — A forest ranger of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) died Thursday, Aug. 13, while performing his duties in Lipa City, Batangas. Forest Ranger Raymond John Lara was conducting a LAWIN (Landscape and Wildlife Indicator System) patrol with colleagues in a forest conservation area in Barangay Talisay when he suddenly lost consciousness and collapsed.
