PATIKUL, Sulu — In a bid to dismantle geographical barriers and strengthen peace in one of Mindanao’s historically underserved provinces, the national government held its Information–Serbisyo Caravan 2026 on Aug. 15 at the Sulu Provincial Capitol Gymnasium in Barangay Bangkal here.
