MANILA, Philippines — The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) is tracking down the perpetrators behind the attack on the convoy of Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) interim Chief Minister Abdulraof “Sammy Gambar” Macacua.
