MAIMBUNG, Sulu — Youth leaders from various towns in Sulu planted mangroves in a coastal community here on Saturday, Aug. 15, to cushion storm surges as part of the Information-Serbisyo Caravan of the Regional Development Council-9 (RDC-9) Communication and Advocacy Committee (ComAdCom).
