BAGUIO CITY — The city recorded more than 1,400 millimeters of rainfall in just 10 days from Aug. 1 to 10, equivalent to about a month’s worth of rain, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa). Pagasa Baguio chief Engr.
