Indian Army Chief General Dhiraj Seth arrives in Nepal for four day visit

Chief of Army Staff General Dhiraj Seth arrived in Kathmandu on Sunday for a four-day official visit. Nepal President Ramchandra Paudel will confer the honorary rank of General of the Nepali Army on him on Monday.
