U.S. stock futures were little changed Sunday night, as traders paused after the S&P 500 climbed for a third straight week.

Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were flat. S&P 500 futures and Nasdaq 100 futures climbed 0.1% and 0.2%, respectively.

Wall Street is coming off three consecutive weeks of gains for the S&P 500, which once again notched fresh all-time highs last week as a blockbuster earnings season buoyed investor sentiment. Hopes of an easing conflict between the U.S. and Iran in the Middle East, along with a major AI unwind last month, have made way for further upside in the market.

A slew of retail earnings are on tap in the week ahead, including Walmart results on Thursday. Home Depot and Lowe's report Tuesday and Wednesday, respectively.

On the earnings front, investors will be watching for the August Empire State manufacturing index, as well as the NAHB Housing Market Index for August.
