Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro — The Philippine Coast Guard and Philippine Air Force have been searching for a 64-year-old fisherman who has been missing off Isla Verde, Batangas, since Aug. 5, according to a statement from Coast Guard District Southern Tagalog on Monday.
