COTABATO CITY – Police swiftly arrested a man for allegedly posting shooting and bomb threats on social media in Isulan town, the capital of Sultan Kudarat, on Sunday. Brig. Gen. Alan Manibog, Police Regional Office 12 (PRO-12) regional director, said the suspect was arrested at 1:34 p.m. by personnel of the Isulan Municipal Police Station (MPS), in coordination with the Tacurong City Police Station and other law enforcement units.
