SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Several areas inside the Subic Bay Freeport were flooded on Monday afternoon amid continuing rains, with some roads becoming impassable to light vehicles. According to the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, as of 12:30 p.m., Dewey Street at Labitan and Maple, Waterfront at B-229, and Waterfront at Taft and Lincoln were not passable to light vehicles due to flooding. Gutter-deep flooding was also recorded along Reymundo Street, Dewey Street/Manila/Espiritu St.; Waterfront/Manila Avenue; and Burgos Street/LADD.
