According to Ukrinform, Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Hanzha reported this on Telegram.
“The enemy struck the Bohdanivske community in the Pavlohrad district. A fire broke out. An industrial facility was damaged,” he wrote.
A 52-year-old man was killed in the attack, while a 47-year-old man was injured. Doctors are providing the injured man with the necessary medical care.
Later, the DTEK reported that its mine had come under attack.
“On August 17, Russian drones launched a massive attack on the premises of one of the DTEK’s mines in the Dnipropetrovsk region. Unfortunately, our colleague was killed in the attack. We extend our sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. Another employee was injured. Medical workers provided him with the necessary assistance,” the company said.
The attack caused significant damage to the facility’s infrastructure. The consequences are still being assessed.

As reported, overnight on Sunday, Russian forces attacked Kryvyi Rih. Five people remain hospitalized. A 48-year-old man is still in serious condition, while the others are in moderate condition.
