The CCD reported this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
“This time, social media is circulating an alleged statement by the Commander-in-Chief’s wife about ‘powerful internal resistance’ to Mykhailo Drapatyi’s reforms, ‘pressure’ from figures close to the former military leadership and political circles, as well as a possible early resignation. There is no evidence confirming the authenticity of this statement or that it was actually made by the Commander-in-Chief’s wife,” the CCD emphasized.
The Center noted that such publications are part of an ongoing information campaign aimed at creating a false impression of internal divisions within Ukraine’s military leadership and undermining public trust in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The Center emphasizes that reports from anonymous and unofficial sources, particularly those lacking proper verification, cannot serve as a basis for conclusions about the situation within the military leadership,” the CCD stressed.
