COTABATO CITY – An unidentified gunman strafed the vehicle of a municipal councilor from Maguindanao del Sur while it was traveling in Lambayong town, Sultan Kudarat, on Monday. Bin-Nazriff Buayan Utto Silongan, 40, municipal councilor of Rajah Buayan, Maguindanao del Sur, told reporters that he and a companion were on board a gray Toyota Hilux heading home from Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat, when they were fired upon at about 10 a.m. along the national highway in Barangay Tinumigues, Lambayong.
