Como manager, Cesc Fabregas, has expressed interest in a second Chelsea player after signing Trevor Chalobah.
Fabregas recently gave his blessing for Como to sign Chalobah in this summer’s transfer window.
The England centre-back, who joined the Serie A club in a deal worth £30m, was a key target for Fabregas.
Chalobah played alongside Fabregas at the Stamford Bridge, made 151 appearances, including 47 last season.
However, according to talkSPORT, Fabregas has sanctioned a move for Chalobah’s former Chelsea teammate, Liam Delap.
Delap has been put up for sale by Chelsea after a poor first season at the club.
However, Como will have to battle Nottingham Forest who are also interested in signing Delap.
