According to Ukrinform, Kherson Regional Governor Oleksandr Prokudin reported this on Telegram.

"At approximately 08:50, Russian forces attacked a minibus with a drone in Kherson's Korabelnyi district," the statement said.

According to Prokudin, four people were killed in the attack. Their identities are currently being established by the relevant authorities. Four women were also injured and taken to hospital. Doctors are examining them and providing all necessary medical assistance.

Later, the Kherson City Military Administration updated the information on the casualties.

"The number of people injured in the morning Russian attack on a minibus in the Korabelnyi district has risen to five. A 58-year-old bus driver sought medical attention," the statement said.

The man sustained a blast injury and is currently undergoing further medical examinations.

The Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office said a pretrial investigation had been launched into the attack.
