President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in a new video address, according to Ukrinform.

|We have brought another 103 people, our warriors, home from Russian captivity. It is not easy, but we continue working to make exchanges happen. We are preparing the next stage of exchanges. I thank all our soldiers, every man and woman who defends Ukraine and protects our people. It is important that we all work together for Ukraine and our people. And tomorrow we are preparing serious sanctions," Zelensky said.

On Wednesday, August 19, 103 Ukrainian defenders from the Armed Forces, State Border Guard Service and National Guard returned to Ukraine. Among those released were servicemen who defended Ukraine in Mariupol and along the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Dnipro and Sumy fronts.
