Fenton balances breakfast with bigger missions: food security, community connection and celebrating culture. Daytime fare is fresh and familiar – chilli scrambles, loaded toasties, fruit-topped porridge – with a subtle African and Indian skew (chana masala baked eggs, anyone?).
