Telegram resides next to the Justice Department entrance of the State Buildings precinct: just look for all the people. In 2025, Luke Arnold’s spirited cafe celebrated a decade of supplying the CBD with warm service and great coffee (including a constantly rotating selection of beans sourced from around Australia.) If the crowds constantly swarming this dapper timber kiosk are anything to go by, Telegram looks set to continue delivering for another decade more.
