Hot on the heels of a US price hike earlier this year, YouTube Premimum is getting a higher price in countries all over the world, Google is confirming to users.

YouTube Premium doesn’t get a ton of price hikes, but they’re not exactly uncommon either. Most noteworthy in recent memory was a price hike announced earlier this year in the US, where prices jumped by up to $4/month.

Google is now bringing price hikes to other international regions. These vary by region, but seem to be around 10-15%, mirroring the US price hike.

Here are a few YouTube Premium price hikes we’ve seen pop up online from various regions:

  • Parts of Europe: €13.99 > €15.99
  • Finland: €14.99 > €16.99
  • Romania: RON 29.00 > RON 32.00
  • Singapore: $13.98 > $15.98 (Family $27.98 > $31.98)

Those affected will see the higher price kick in with their next billing date on or after September 23, 2026.
