Although toasties – plus rap-inspired business names – are everywhere now, Marika and Alister Miles’ decision to hit go on Toastface Grillah in 2013 will forever be a key moment in Perth cafe history. Stringy cheese continues to rule everything around us at Toastface’s Murray Street HQ.
