One seriously injured in Waikato crash,

At least one person has suffered serious injuries in a crash in Waikato on Friday morning.

Emergency services are at the scene on Victoria Road at the State Highway 1 on-off ramps near Te Oko Horoi Bridge in Cambridge.

Police say the crash was reported to them at around 9.45am and it appears there are serious injuries.

The road is closed, and motorists being told to follow diversions and expect delays.
