Amid widespread speculation about President Donald Trump’s close relationship with White House aide Natalie Harp, the pair are featured in a new AI-generated Lego-themed video poking fun at the 35-year-old staffer’s devotion.
The AI video, created in the same style that pro-Iranian groups have used recently, was posted Thursday by Drew Ponder, who previously created videos mocking FBI Director Kash Patel, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and other Trump world figures.
In the video, a Lego version of Harp closely follows behind Trump in the White House, on the golf course and aboard Air Force One, carrying a printer and stack of papers for the president to review. Meanwhile, a Lego version of First Lady Melania Trump, depicted playing guitar, appears skeptical of Harp’s proximity.
A country-music-style AI voice croons “wherever Donald Trump goes, Natalie goes.”
The lyrics refer to claims that Harp carries around a portable printer to feed the president hard copies of positive news about himself as well as reports about the deeply personal, adoring letters she has written to him.
The song also refers to reports that Harp ran behind the president’s golf cart to keep up with him when he played a round in Scotland several years ago, and once jumped into the back of an SUV to stay close.
The AI video goes further, insinuating that First Lady Melania Trump is frustrated and potentially undermined by Harp’s desire to stay close to the president.
“Natalie, Natalie, why you always hanging around my man?” the AI-generated song laments. “Melania’s probably wondering ‘does this woman ever go home?’”
In the AI music video, the Lego version of Harp runs around the president, printing out positive news. It refers to one of Harp’s main duties: to provide Trump with physical copies of positive news, op-eds and social media commentary. By carrying around a portable printer, Harp has earned the nickname “the human printer,” according to the New York Times.
Online, Trump critics reacted to the latest AI Lego video with glee.
“Incredible,” Democratic strategist Mike Nellis wrote on X.
Bill Kristol, the director of Defending Democracy Together, complimented Ponder on his latest creation.
The AI video also shows Harp writing the president devotional letters. According to reports, Harp penned letters to the president after a 2023 trip to Scotland, where she apologized for sprinting across great distances to keep up with Trump’s cart on a golf course.
In the letter, she also reportedly apologized for being distracted and “forgetting to eat” and “forgetting to sleep.” She allegedly signed it: “With all my heart, Natalie.”
While Harp is well-known in MAGA circles, her public profile has been heightened after CBS News reported that she was among the few aides that Trump brought with him on a military flight when he discreetly left Turkey last month following Iranian security threats.
Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff further elevated Harp’s profile when he invoked her name while criticizing the president at a rally last week. Ossoff claimed the president would rather “travel with Natalie on their apparently defenseless flying palace” than do his job.
Ossoff’s comments have sparked intense backlash from Trump allies, including White House officials.
