Israeli attacks on civilian-populated areas in southern Lebanon continued throughout Saturday, according to Lebanese media.

Two villages, Majdal Zoun in Tyre and Konin in Bint Jbeil, were struck by Israeli forces, Lebanon's National News Agency reported.

Other strikes hit residential buildings in the Houshin area, on the outskirts of Meiss el-Jabal in the Marjayoun district.

Earlier on Saturday, al-Mansouri and the areas around Bayt al-Sayyad also came under Israeli artillery shelling.
