Two men from Asia who moved to New Zealand to traffic and manufacture commercial quantities of illegal drugs are awaiting sentencing for attempting to import methamphetamine disguised as lollies, among myriad other charges.

This month marks two years since identically disguised methamphetamine was discovered to have been donated to
