The “ATESH” partisan movement reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
“Our agents—including military personnel and representatives of regional authorities in the Russian Federation—report that special commissions have begun arriving at the country’s military training grounds. In particular, such inspections have been observed at the Kadamivsky training ground in the Rostov Region and the Alabino training ground in the Moscow Region. Their main task is to assess the current suitability of the facilities and their capacity to accommodate large numbers of people simultaneously,” “ATESH” reports.
It is noted that, despite the Russian authorities’ statement that no conscription measures are planned, more and more information is emerging about preparations for a large-scale mobilization, which is set to begin immediately after the elections in September of this year.
