WWE star and actor John Cena paid tribute to legendary Indian singer Asha Bhosle following her death on Sunday, April 12. Cena shared a respectful post on his Instagram account, honouring the singer, who was known affectionately as "Asha Tai".

Asha Bhosle was cremated with full state honours on Monday at Shivaji Park Crematorium in Mumbai. Family, friends, film personalities, and admirers gathered to pay their last respects.

Born to classical singer and theatre actor Pandit Deenanath Mangeshkar, Asha Bhosle began her singing career early and built a remarkable legacy. She also holds a Guinness World Record for the most studio recordings.
