Israeli forces have raided some 70 homes and arrested around 50 Palestinians in the town of Tal, southwest of Nablus, Al Jazeera reported.

The governor of Nablus, Ghassan Daghlas, told Al Jazeera that six Palestinians had been killed and dozens more wounded or detained in the past two days.

While fending off a settler and Israeli military raid, four Palestinians were shot dead in Tal on Friday.

Human Rights Watch has called for ‘urgent action’ to prevent the escalating settler reprisals in the occupied West Bank.
