Section of Southern Motorway closed after serious crash

A section of the Southern Motorway has been closed after a single-vehicle crash.

Police said they were called to the scene of the serious crash near the East Tamaki off-ramp on Saturday night.

A section of the motorway will be closed, and the crash police said traffic was impacted.

Vehicles will be diverted through an alternate route and delays were expected.
