Asean is considering adding “positive developments” involving detained democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi as part of the criteria for Myanmar’s return to key meetings, Asean diplomatic sources said Friday. The bloc’s foreign ministers have tasked their senior officials with refining the criteria to submit their recommendations to the grouping’s summit in November.
