According to Ukrinform, Head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration Dmytro Bryzhynskyi announced the decision on Telegram.

"In memory of those killed, a Day of Mourning has been declared in Chernihiv on Monday, July 27," Bryzhynskyi said.

According to him, Russian forces struck three locations: an ATB supermarket, a service station, and a warehouse facility.

Bryzhynskyi added that 20 people sought medical assistance, and three of them were hospitalized.

As reported by Ukrinform, a Russian drone struck a supermarket in Chernihiv, killing two people and injuring 13 others.
