A reliable source has just detailed Samsung’s entire 2027 lineup of flagship Galaxy phones, which includes the return of a TriFold.

ETNews reports that Samsung has a whopping eight flagship releases coming up in 2027. Four traditional slab devices in the Galaxy S lineup, and four foldables too.

That starts with the Galaxy S27 series which, as recent leaks have detailed, includes a new “Pro” device that slots below the Ultra with a smaller display, but better specs compared to the baseline devices.

  • Galaxy S27
  • Galaxy S27+
  • Galaxy S27 Pro
  • Galaxy S27 Ultra

Beyond that, Samsung would follow up its Galaxy Z Fold 8 series with an identical lineup – two book-style foldables and a Flip – but this time with the return of the short-lived Galaxy Z TriFold. The company is apparently in “early stages” of development on this device, with displays similar in size to the first generation.

  • Galaxy Z Fold 9
  • Galaxy Z Fold 9 Ultra
  • Galaxy Z Flip 9
  • Galaxy Z TriFold 2

If true, this “4+4” strategy would be a big shake-up for Samsung’s lineup, though it remains to be seen exactly what will change about these new additions. If nothing else, it sounds like 2027 is shaping up to be a busy year for Samsung.
