SAN ANTONIO, Zambales – Nearly a week after the death of Officer Candidate Aldwayne Dulnuan here and amid growing calls for truth and accountability, the Philippine Navy is set to hold a press conference in Manila on Tuesday to address the incident. The Naval Public Affairs Office declined to give a statement about Dulnuan’s death when sought for comment, saying the matter would instead be discussed during the scheduled briefing.
