The Lok Sabha is scheduled to take up the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026, for consideration and passing on Tuesday (July 28, 2026). Rajya Sabha is slated to witness the introduction of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Amendment) Bill, 2026, alongside the passage of the Prevention of Insults to National Honour (Amendment) Bill, 2026.

Union Minister Jitendra Singh introduced the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026, in the Lok Sabha on Monday (July 27, 2026). The Bill has strong penal provisions to deal with any case of paper leaks. However, no discussion on the Bill happened as Lok Sabha adjourned for the day over Opposition protests demanding a statement from the government on the use of police force on protestors in Delhi.
