SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — The mayor of Kiangan, Ifugao, has joined calls for a thorough and transparent investigation into the recent death of Philippine Navy Officer Candidate Aldwayne Dulnuan, saying his family and community deserve clear answers about the circumstances surrounding his passing during military training in Zambales. Dulnuan died on July 22 after collapsing during training in the Naval Education, Training and Doctrine Command (NETDC) here.
