TACLOBAN CITY – The provincial government of Northern Samar has reimplemented a flexible work arrangement for most of its employees as part of cost-saving measures in response to rising fuel prices and electricity costs. Gov. Harris Ongchuan signed Executive Order No. 26-07-01 on Monday directing the adoption of a four-day on-site workweek with one day of work-from-home (WFH) for eligible provincial government employees while maintaining uninterrupted delivery of essential public services.
