A 53-acre farm next door to the iconic Scottish Traitors castle has hit the market for less than £1million.
Fans of the popular BBC show now have the chance to move into a neighbouring property - which is said to offer stunning views of the countryside.
Wester Lealty Farm includes a traditional three-bedroom farmhouse and a 'fantastic equestrian facility'.
But its most notable feature is its location - as the property offers an ideal spot to watch as Traitors host Claudia Winkleman puts contestants through their paces.
The holding in Alness, Ross-shire, was formerly a livery yard and has a floodlit, mirrored rubber riding arena and stabling.
The farmhouse has an entrance hall, sitting room, dining room, family room, study and bathroom on the ground floor, along with three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor.
Claire Macdonald, from estate agents Strutt \& Parker, insisted it 'strikes a wonderful balance of being rural without being remote'.

Wedding packages can be booked from around £45,000 for two nights but opportunities to see the property in person are otherwise limited.
