MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Wednesday said it found leads into the suspected improvised explosive devices (IEDs) recovered outside the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Senate. “Our investigators are continuously investigating,” PNP chief Gen.
