MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang on Wednesday confirmed the appointment of former Food and Drug Administration (FDA) director general Paolo Teston and former Education Undersecretary Debbie Jean Centeno-Dijamco as new associate justices of the Court of Tax Appeals (CTA).
