According to Ukrinform, the ASTRA Telegram channel reported the incident.

Residents of Penza reported explosions and a fire overnight on July 30. The regional governor warned of a missile threat and said that a "Carpet" plan had been introduced in the region.

ASTRA analyzed footage of the fire and concluded that the Wildberries logistics center caught fire following the attack.

According to open-source data, the Wildberries facility is a major distribution hub serving Russia’s Volga Federal District.

According to the Penza regional authorities, the total area of the complex, once fully completed, will be approximately 180,000 square meters.

The first stage of the logistics complex, covering around 90,000–91,000 square meters, had already been commissioned.

As reported by Ukrinform, Ukrainian drones destroyed eight warehouses belonging to Russia’s largest online retailer and marketplace Wildberries during July, with a total area of about 860,000 square meters, which is nearly 15.4% of all Wildberries warehouse space (5.6 million square meters).
