According to Ukrinform, Oleksandr Vilkul, chairman of the Kryvyi Rih Defense Council, announced this on Telegram.

“Kryvyi Rih stands with the village of Radushne, just a few kilometers from the city. A tragedy,” he wrote.

Vilkul noted that at least six people, including three children, were killed by the Russian missile. He stated that, unfortunately, there may be more bad news after genetic analysis is conducted.

“A close-knit, kind, devout family… Tomorrow, July 31, a day of mourning for the victims will be declared in Kryvyi Rih,” the post reads.

Oleksand Ganzha, the head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, added that search-and-rescue operations are underway amid the rubble of the buildings.

“A search and rescue operation is ongoing at the site of the Russian attack. Several people are considered missing,” he wrote.

It is currently known that, as a result of the attack, the injury toll has increased to nine, six of whom are in the hospital. Among them are two children, boys aged 6 and 15. Doctors assess their condition as moderate.

According to the About Kryvyi Rih media outlet, the Voronovs, a married couple raising ten children, were killed in the village of Radushne as a result of a Russian missile strike.

“The Russians killed Artem and Olena Voronov in Radushne, who were raising 10 children,” the post states.

It is noted that Artem was 47 years old and Olena was 41 years old.

Along with them, there were seven children in the house: 17-year-old Mark, who was studying to become a railroad worker in Kryvyi Rih; schoolchildren Dominika, 15; Viorika, 14; Zakharii, 12; Azarii-Ilai, 11; Veronika, 10; and 6-year-old Emilia, as well as their 1.5-year-old grandson Artem, the son of their eldest son, who is currently serving in the army.

According to the Svoi.Kryvyi Rih media outlet, people rescued the Voronov family’s neighbors from under the rubble; they, too, were injured in the blast.

“We ran over and started digging through the rubble… While we were pulling them out, the house caught fire. All the neighbors started putting out the fire with buckets. The flames were high, and there was gas as well. By the time all the emergency services arrived, we had managed to dig out two children. As for those eight children and their parents [a large family from the neighboring house], we went over to listen, but no one answered…,” said resident Natalia.

It is noted that the rescued boys, aged 6 and 15, were hospitalized along with their mother.

As previously reported, on the night of July 29–30, the Russian military launched a massive combined strike against Ukraine using attack drones and various types of air-, land-, and sea-based missiles.

In a village on the outskirts of Kryvyi Rih, an Iskander-M ballistic missile struck a private house where a large family lived. Earlier reports indicated that two children and four adults had been killed.
