According to Ukrinform, the Kursk Force Grouping reported this on Facebook.

It is emphasized that Nova Sich “remains under the full control of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Units of the Ukrainian army are steadfastly holding their positions and carrying out combat missions.”

As the group noted, “claims by enemy propagandists about ‘capturing’ territories where their soldiers have been seen only through the crosshairs of Ukrainian drones are a long-standing practice.”

“It is obvious that this is a frantic reaction by the Russians to the constant devastating strikes on their military facilities and logistics within their own territory. Unable to stop Ukrainian deep strikes and middle strikes, such as the recent strike on the Khalino Airbase, Russian generals are forced to make up at least virtual ‘victories,’ the Defense Forces note.”

As reported by Ukrinform, 238 clashes took place along the front line over the past 24 hours. The Russians did not conduct any assault operations in the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors.
