This is stated in a press release on the White House website, as reported by Ukrinform.
“While diplomacy and peacebuilding are important to this effort, they are surpassed by our collective ability to place children above international disputes. Every reunion is a reminder that compassion, dignity, and family can transcend even the darkest of times: war,” said the First Lady of the United States.
She added that, together with her representative, she continues to work with the governments of Ukraine and Russia to ensure that children can safely return to their families and communities.

The White House noted that this is already the fifth group of children whose return Melania Trump has facilitated. This time, five children were reunited with their loved ones.
As reported by Ukrinform, in April, U.S. First Lady Melania Trump acted as a mediator in an agreement between Russia and Ukraine that made it possible to return six Ukrainian children.
